Carter Coverdale

Carter Coverdale is the founder of A-1 Corporate CPR and has a background in occupational medicine.  Throughout his career in this field, he has worked with businesses all over the Northeast, from New Jersey to Maine, helping them develop and improve their workplace wellness programs, develop their first-responder teams and create their environmental safety protocols.  Carter has worked with the occupational health clinics at New England Baptist Hospital, Anna Jaques Hospital, Milton Hospital, Landmark Medical Center, Kent County Hospital and the Occupational Environmental Health Center of Rhode Island as well as the Laborers International Union of North America.

Carter grew up in the mountains of Vermont and spent a lot of his younger years skiing, hiking, and camping.   Having a true love for the outdoors and enjoying nature, he learned in his early years, that there’s not always someone close by to help in an emergency.  Therefore, friends and family worked together and had to be self-sufficient.   It was this philosophy that has helped Carter bring the same team building skills into the work environment, showing employers and employees how to come together and react in an emergency with confidence.
